Hey Friends! My name is Lanie Davis and I was born and raised in Columbus, GA but now live in Hamilton! I am a proud mom to 6 (yes 6) kids and wife to my amazingly supportive husband Josh. We are a busy blended family but I wouldn't have it any other way!
I started Local Leverage Connection in order to have more time and freedom with my family but to also focus on my favorite part of real estate which has been helping realtors thrive! If you look back at every job I have had since I was 12 years old, there has always been one similar theme. In one shape or another each of these jobs has molded into me helping become leverage for the bosses I work under.
Everything from running paperwork to main offices for them, picking their kids up from school, house sitting or just being their right-hand person, being leverage for those around me has always been something that has come natural to me.
My goal for Local Leverage Connection is to be a one stop shop for Realtors where they can get transaction coordination work, social media work, and client retention help all at once, while not making agents feel tied down to having to work with us unless they need us. We manage contracts throughout the selling and buying process from contract to close. We complete escrow paperwork, schedule repairs and inspections, and make sure offers and counteroffers are approved.
We can create, purchase, put together and deliver small client appreciation gifts. Pop-bys are meant to thank relationships in your database for their business and keep you top of mind. We can attach personalized tags to each object to remind your clients you are never too busy for their referrals and/or you appreciate their business!
Open House In A Box is a way to take your Open Houses to the next level. We offer seasonal boxes that include all the decorations you'll need to show your clients that you’re willing to go the extra steps to sell their home without having to run all over town purchasing different decorations and then finding a place to store them!
